Tinctures

Each of these products are used sublingually.  Allow 60-90 seconds for drops to dissolve followed by swallowing water.  Start low and slow.  Allow about 30 days of continued use for the CBD to build up in your system.  You can take your tincture at any time of the day depending on what the use is addressing.
